Canon G7, Panasonic FZ50, Nikon P5000 vs. low end DSLRs08 May 2007 14:46 GMT6
I am still slowly considering for my next digital cameras. It was

Flash exposure question08 May 2007 10:44 GMT4
I have a Canon 300D and a 580EX flash.  This may seem odd, a fairly

a good price from a friend who was upgrading.  He had the body and
some lenses to sell but was happy to keep his 550EX flashes so I had

Always disapponted by my (digital) pictures08 May 2007 07:24 GMT34
Always disapponted by my digital pictures, I've had a 5 megapixel Pentax
Optio for a few years, but nothing ever seems to come up to the standard
of my best analogue pics,  taken mostly with a Pentax ME Super. When I
look at my hoard, the pictures I most enjoy are without ...

Quick sorting through large image collections07 May 2007 21:16 GMT3
I often come back from shoots with hundreds and sometimes over a
thousand images. I am looking for software which will let me do the
following:

always "Processing..." 5-10 secs when I take a picture07 May 2007 21:12 GMT2
I apologize if this is a giant noob question you see 5 times a day
(and I think it must be)... but I've done a bit of searching and
haven't found the answer yet.
I have a Kodak Easyshare CX6230, it's a bit old but it's been working

Oly 5050 Z internal "battery" no longer holds date and time07 May 2007 17:51 GMT2
My trusty Oly 5050 Zoom is now suffering from advanced Altzheimer's.
Whenever I have to change the AA's, I loose all date/time info, along
with the picture settings.
To get around this, I use a set of four AA's in a battery-extender box
