I need a small digital camera for use in a college classroom. I want to program it to take a photo of the blackboard, from 10 to 25 feet away, every five seconds or so, for 2 hours. Black-and-white is acceptable if necessary to get that many pictures. One-hour capacity

I started with Phase 1 (C1) and am now trying out Adobe's Lightroom.... which is fantanstic ! The only problem is that Lightroom helps organize pictures with keywords, flags etc. Much the same way as Photoshop CS2's Bridge does... and much the same way

I Woud like to know why physically when the apparture is very high (8 and so..) there is a better depth of field, why this effect occur ? one would expect that when the aparture is high, that mean that the iris is closing the lens almost completely , and by this not letting

I've got a drawerful of lenses etc. for 35mm film work which I haven't opened since getting a compact digital snapper. The convenience of digital and a good 2nd hand price finally persuaded me to get a Sony DSC-R1 as a digital camera capable of semi-professional picture
