they retrieved a lot of files with unrecognized data, or retrieved
only a few photos. Then I got Scandisk's RescuePro and Voila! it

MT-24EX Macro Flash & Mirror Lockup?31 Mar 2007 20:46 GMT3
When using the Canon MT-24EX Twin Lite Macro Flash with mirror lockup, how
do I get the flash to fire only when the picture is being exposed and not
when the mirror is locked up?  I must be missing something obvious.

appetizing dessert photo31 Mar 2007 17:48 GMT3
I took this photo with Olympus 1.6 megapixel digital camera today,
March 29. The sign maker needs a spelling list -- or maybe he relied

making.

Maximum CF card size for old CoolPix 990?31 Mar 2007 16:44 GMT7
I have a CP990, which I use every day but lost my 128 MB compact flash

like a 1 or 2 GB card?  Basically, I'm wondering what the maximum card
size can be.  Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer.

Using light boxes instead of umbrellas31 Mar 2007 09:11 GMT7
What are the advantages and disadvantages of light boxes over lights
that just point at umbrellas? I'm considering buying a set of two for
a home studio / fun, and I've heard (in my limited research) that
boxes are better, but I see many more ads for the umbrella type.

Dear NG,
As far as I know, the older Canon Powershot models have had an issue
