Nikon Lens choics27 Feb 2007 19:29 GMT3
I have a D50.  I have a chance to get a Nikon 17-55 2.8  for a
reasonable price.  I have read two reviews where it was advised not to
put such a heavy lens on a D50 because the combo is "unbalanced" and
this plus no VR makes it difficult to get good pictures.
