Custom white balance query09 Jan 2007 22:10 GMT5
I am experimenting with the custom white balance settings in my Canon 20D. I
understand how to set this up...e.g. shoot a white piece of paper etc etc
and select that photo as the custom white balance image to use. I've spent
quite a bit of time on the net researching this ...
Hot & Dead pixels09 Jan 2007 20:07 GMT12
I have got a question on hot and dead pixels.
What I understood was that both are defective pixels: one always coloured,
one always black.
If the hot is a defective pixel I think it is defective at any exposure

there are bigger cards on the market.  Does anyone know if in fact I
can use a say, 1 GB xD card, in my Olympus C-750 camera?

Kicking in doors at 3AM and stealing the family AK-47. Wow what an

Need advice on Canon Pro-1 vs S3 vs G609 Jan 2007 09:32 GMT3

something a bit better, but similar.  I love the flip/twist screen and
