Where do you sell your unwanted digital cameras? Ebay .. or other ??11 Jan 2007 16:43 GMT4
I have a few "old" Kodak and Fuji Finepix digital cameras. I was
thinking of selling them online either as a group, or individually.
Which is the best website to sell camera's... without them getting lost
under a million other unrelated items. I was thinking of Ebay?

Kodak Easyshare v4.011 Jan 2007 05:24 GMT5
I downloaded the latest version of Kodak Easyshare, V4.0, having previously
using V3.2.  Every time I re-booted, I got the message "Runner file name
(Kodak software updater.exe) lacks a '.' (the app ID separator).  On
cancelling this message, the software appeared to be working, ...
Nikon Coolpix L5 - Is it necessary to use Nikon EN-MH1 Rechargeable Bats???11 Jan 2007 05:13 GMT2
I just received a Nikon Coolpix L5 for Christmas and although I am not
new to digital cams or rechargeable batteries, I am somewhat unsure
about using batteries other than the Nikon EN-MH1 suggested in the
manual, although I assume that it is merely a marketing scare tactic.
A Leica D-Lux 3 question11 Jan 2007 04:24 GMT7
I am thinking of buying one of these. The reports talk of a high quality
machined aluminum body. The silver body is stunning but I'm partial to a
black camera body. Anybody know what they use to make silver bodies
black nowadays? Is it simple paint prone to wear off, anodizing,
Sigma 18-50mm fisheye effect?11 Jan 2007 03:14 GMT7
Ok I got a Sigma 18-50 and 55-200mm lens kit in the mail and took a few
shots. The 55-200 looks pretty decent, but more testing will reveal if
any flaws exist. The 18-50mm... apparently there is a bit of a fisheye
effect on the wider end, below 20mm, and it levels out at 20-24mm. I
7Mp, 38-266 zoom, IS, truly pocketable...11 Jan 2007 02:48 GMT6
This has nice specs for something less than 1" thick (3.8"x
2.4"x0.9"!)...
Unfortunately, if I'm not mistaken Casio's are a little noisier than
most?  If only they shoehorned a Fuji F30 sensor in there...  Still if

Canon Rebel XTi default settings11 Jan 2007 00:44 GMT4
I got my new Rebel XTi for Christmas.  I am trying all settings and getting
to know it.  I have to admit I am also a novice.  MY question is this...when
I take pictures on FULL AUTO in normal inside light the ISO is set at
ISO400.  Is this normal or have I somehow accidentally ...

3D Images using a flat bed scanner10 Jan 2007 19:14 GMT11
I have seen a couple of sites recently where images of 3D objects (eg
flowers) have been created using a flat bed scanner.
The images appear exactly as if taken with a camera (with macro lens) ie no
flat sections because it is sitting on a scanner.
Got a PowerShot A540 for Christmas...... and10 Jan 2007 18:42 GMT2
Very happy with it.... was wondering what I should try doing with it to
learn some good skills (perhaps playing with manual mode) and was
wondering if at some point in the future I wanted to go for one of these
D-SLRs what immediate advantages would I benefit from and what things
