Best way to clean sensor30 Dec 2006 06:41 GMT2
Looking for suggestions on cleaning the CMOS sensor on my 20D.  I used a
rubber blower like the manual suggests but it looks like there is still some
dust on the sensor.  Any comments will be appreciated.
Anyone get a digital camera for Christmas?30 Dec 2006 03:58 GMT12
I decided to bite the bullet and get me and the wifey the Pentax K100D! Got
the kit 18-55mm lens, plus a Promaster 70-300mm f4-5.6 lens. Sure, there's
a little missing between the 55 and 70, but I don't think we'll miss it
that much.

Has Canon fixed e18 error? Any point in getting a canon?30 Dec 2006 03:57 GMT13
Hi, I was thinking of getting a canon sd630, but i've been reading
about this e18 error, where the camera stops working and they charge
quite a bit to fix it. The sd630 got good reviews, but I don't want a
camera that will stop working all of a sudden.

A printer question if I may30 Dec 2006 03:52 GMT8
I am planning my firsy foray into the printing world and of course I'm

print photos or can I use the software that came with my D70 camera and also
hopefully with the printer.

Bad SSD sensors30 Dec 2006 03:49 GMT13
Apparently a number of camera manufacturers are having problems with their CCD
Sensors. Canon just replaced my SD 100 at no cost - in fact replaced it with an
SD 550!!

Epson KX700 Printer/Scanner29 Dec 2006 21:23 GMT4
I purchased a Kx700 and am fairly pleased with it as a printer, today I
though "I wonder what it's like scanning negatives" - I got out some old 35
mm (Olympus OM2) negatives and tried - it was hard - even though the manual
claimed to be in English, it didn't have sufficient ...

I'm looking at buying a used flash for my Sony A100 DSLR.  Do flashes
with the Minolta I, XI, or SJ-series mount work with the Sony?
Thanks.
