Olympus C-211 Zoom drivers needed!28 Nov 2006 19:55 GMT3
I recently obtained a C-211 Zoom from a friend but he didn't have the
CD that had the drivers needed. I tried downloading the ones off the
Olympus site but they seem to be updates and not actual drivers. If
anyone has the actual driver or anything, that would be amazing.
Canon Pro1.What size is the bayonet?28 Nov 2006 18:52 GMT11

This is the connection that the hood or FA-DC58A filter adapter
connects to. They just will not tell me.

Some pictures playback perfectly on the LCD but are VERY underexposed
when downloaded to the PC.  Both the thumbnail and the opened file are
underexposed.  Is there a fix for this problem?  Thank you.

Both my desktop and laptop computer's DVD burners don't play nicely with
the trial version of ProShow Gold.  Although I save my slideshows to an

In an earlier thread, it was stated that this is most likely a DVD

exactly how to choose which lens to use for cross-over sized

A Sandisk 2GB CF card recorded dozens of files during
shooting without an indicated error. When I plugged it into
the USB2 card reader it was not recognized as a storage

Do you have a routine for testing new cameras?28 Nov 2006 07:47 GMT3
Do you have a list of things you'd try on a new camera to make sure that
it's not defective? If so, what do you do? Please share your thoughts.
Thanks.

Does IS whir?28 Nov 2006 06:31 GMT43
If you put your ear or maybe a stethoscope up to a camera or lens with
IS can you hear a whir?  Is that how they work - little gimbals?
Thanks,
Ron
