Number of photos & memory06 Oct 2006 16:41 GMT11
I'm a litle confused in this regard.  Would I be correct in saying that a 2
gig compact flash card would hold 1000 (approximately) photos if the photos
were 2 megs each?

D70 service advisories06 Oct 2006 15:01 GMT1
Owners of the D70 should be aware that there are two
service advisories mentioned here:

and
D70 unerexposes06 Oct 2006 14:11 GMT14
I have heard underexposure is a "problem" with D70's but can't find a
defintive solution.
I would prefer to have the camera respond properly than make
_unnecessary_ internal adjustments. I shoot RAW and would do that in

SB800 questions?06 Oct 2006 11:13 GMT3
I just went and bought an SB800 to go with my new D80. I didn't realise
that it worked by firing off a pre flash. Initial shots of my daughter
look like she maybe be starting to blink as a result of the pre flash.
I've read of a workaround using the FV lock so that you fire the
WTD driver for Euromax EU-4 camera06 Oct 2006 09:04 GMT2
I don't know if anyone can help but I'm in need of an XP driver for the
Euromax EU-4 mini camcorder digicam mp3 player. The camera is recognised by
XP as a mass storage device and I can download stills, videos and mp3's. I
would like to be able to use it as a webcam also but when ...

software for viewing/editing photos06 Oct 2006 04:35 GMT9
I was using Ofoto (a very old version) and really liked it for
a couple of reasons:
- I didn't have to import phones into it (unlike for example
Google's Picasa) in order to view/edit photos.
A620 vs A630, A640: different sensor?06 Oct 2006 04:01 GMT2
I need to replace my broken A620. Reviews and galleries for the A630,
A640 and A710IS show a significant difference in noise; my A620 is
about 2x noisier. Pics taken with an A630 or A640 at ISO400 compare
with my A620 at ISO200, noise-wise; same with A630/A640@ISO800 vs.
Minolta Dimage A200, cannot take fast shot06 Oct 2006 03:53 GMT8
I have a Minolta Dimag A200.  I need to take fast, action shots.  I cannot
get the shutter to release quick enough to capture the action.
Any help on setting this, if possible, would really be appreciated.
Thank you,
