I'm considering purchasing and installing PSE4 on my computer, which is
installed with a PIII processor, 512 MB Ram and with Windows ME. Has
anyone installed/used PSE4 with this older version of WIndows?  IF so,
where there any problems?

A friend has some images on a floppy diskette that were most probably
generated with an old Casio QV-10 320x420 digicam like this one:
