| Looking for a new ultracompact camera | 11 Sep 2006 18:40 GMT | 16 |
My Minolta Xt's battery is gradually dying, and I'm thinking of using it as an excuse to replace it. Unfortunately, KonicaMinolta seem to have lost the plot somewhat in ultracompacts, so I'm looking at the Panasonic FX01 and Sony T9.

| Keystone correction | 11 Sep 2006 18:11 GMT | 21 |
I'm finding that I'm taking pictures that need keystone corrections (album covers as I convert my LPs to CD). One of my digital cameras can do keystone corrections, but it doesn't always detect the correct edges which leads to distorted images. So I'm wondering what, if any,

| Panasonic DMC-FX01 for Cycling | 11 Sep 2006 15:24 GMT | 8 |
I'm considering upgrading from my Oly Stylus 600 to the new Lumix DMC-FX01 and was wondering if anyone would think this little camera would hold up rugged use of this sort? Specifically, would it withstand the humidity (it would get some serious condensation from persperation)

| Unclogging printer | 11 Sep 2006 13:00 GMT | 28 |
Someone has donated an Epson 2200 that has been out of use for quite a while maybe a year or more. I can't get it to produce a good nozzle check pattern despite many cleanings. I suppose it is clogged; status monitor says all the carts are above 20% full. Is this something worth

The moon was really low and large last night so I tried to shoot it with my new Rebel XT. Using both auto-focus and manual-focus, the moon itself appears hazy and blurry while the rest of the picture looks perfectly clear. Now that I think about it, maybe I needed to use a

| Olympus FE-190 or Cannon Powershot SD600 | 11 Sep 2006 06:02 GMT | 3 |
I'm in a quandary as to what new digital camera to purchase. I'm leaning towards the Olympus FE-190 but I hear that the Canon Powershot SD600 has better quality images. the Olympus FE-190 is a new model that just came out in late August so there are not very many user reviews
