I usually travel with a rucksack full of camera gear, namely a Nikon

etc. and my camera vest packed with more gear, spare lenses, GPS, PDA,
batteries, flash cards, headphones etc. and a camera around my neck.
smudge in my Oly C2020Z pictures20 Sep 2006 18:19 GMT4
I've been noticing a weird smudge in pictures taken with my Olympus C2020Z.
Yeah, it's about time to upgrade but I'd still like to keep this in working
order.  Is it feasible to open it and clean the sensor or is that a send-
away task?   In that case I'm not sure it's worth it ...

I'm looking for a cheap point-and-shoot camera that is small and easy
to carry around (basically, an good entry-level small camera). It
should be under 350 USD (I'm in Canada though, where cameras like the
Fuji F30 cost 450+ CAD;  I'm near the US/Canadian border, so if any B&M

Photo suggestions Venice, Italy20 Sep 2006 08:54 GMT19
I'll be visiting Venice, Italy soon and I've started reading up on it
and no doubt I will find plenty of photo opportunities, but I would
hate to come home and find out about a rare view or a rare shot I could
have taken had I done my homework. Are there any shots you can
Canon A80 stops recognizing batteries20 Sep 2006 03:32 GMT3
My A80 is mimicking the behavior of burning through batteries quickly,
but it's actually intermintently giving me the "replace battery pack"
alert when the batteries are still good.   Eventually jostling the
compartment door and/or removing the batteries several times gets it
Missing "EOS Utility"20 Sep 2006 03:05 GMT5
I've lost my Canon CD that came with my Digital Rebel XT. I need "EOS
Utility" for PC (I'm sure it's the same file from any Canon CD). It
cannot be downloaded from Canon website - only upgraded.
Can anyone help me by mailing it to me? Preferably "Zipped".
