| A Step Backward ? | 30 Aug 2006 23:47 GMT | 163 |
What's happened to cameras ? Camera design's been taken over by computer geeks. It's like they've forgotten the refinements in 75 years of camera development.

| Camera software with object detection capability? | 30 Aug 2006 20:45 GMT | 3 |
Do any consumer digital cameras come with remote control software which can "watch" the image area and take a picture when an object enters or moves in a selected area? Or, might there be software from other sources that can do this for some camera models?

| PBase issues? | 30 Aug 2006 20:16 GMT | 8 |
Anyone else getting incredibly poor connections to PBase of late? Seems like it's taking minutes to open galleries, make changes, upload, delete, etc. My style sheets were all jacked up today, too...fixed itself, but it seems like things are a mess over there right now.

A friend of mine who shoots wedding photos asked me this questions and not being a pro myself I gave the standard common methods like backing up in external hard disk enclosures, and burning multiple copies on DVD disks, but I am not sure if this is what pros do.

| Noob editing help needed please | 30 Aug 2006 15:48 GMT | 20 |
Below are some links to an image I took on holiday I was crouched down taking some dodgy clichéd pics of driftwood when I realised I was about to get run over by something tearing down the beach! Had about 3 or 4 seconds to take the shot so I'm pretty chuffed that I
