| How good is high ISO? | 05 Jul 2006 18:47 GMT | 9 |
My Canon A40 has ISO 400 as its highest setting. I've hardly ever used it because of the noise. I see now that many cameras are offering ISO 800, 1000 and even 3200! Is this just a marketing tool or have noise levels been reduced to make

| Need Tripod recommendation | 05 Jul 2006 18:44 GMT | 3 |
I'm looking for a bit more rugged tripod than the walmart special that I've had. I'd like to keep it under $100 USD. Small size when collapsed, about 5 feet max. height would be nice.

| Very STUPID design of current line of SAMSUNG (LCD) monitors | 05 Jul 2006 16:13 GMT | 5 |
Purchased a Samsung top of the line 17" LCD monitor 770P Syncmaster on June 8. I must say the compatibility of this product (and many current line of Samsung monitor products as well) and its usability in design is really a big joke.
