I want to archive my pics to a reliable CD.  So far I've identified
two CD makes that promise long archival life - Verbatim DataLifePlus,

and size are really not an option.  I just want a good ...

Image registration/frame alignment for time-lapse?17 Jul 2006 18:27 GMT1
I recently discovered that I could do some rudimentary intervalometry with
my Rebel XT.  Last night, I had it shoot about 340 exposures, roughly 1 per

20D GOES LONG !17 Jul 2006 14:43 GMT15
Well sports fans, this week I rented a Canon 2x TeleConverter in order
to test it against my Vivitar Series 1 2x TC as well as a quick
comparison against the Canon 1.4x.  I also wanted to test the Super
70-200 f.2.8L w/ the 2x against the Forgotten 400 f/5.6L.  Then just
The Need For Speed17 Jul 2006 13:37 GMT3
If you think all memory cards are the same (other than storage size)
and that it doesn't matter which one you buy you'd be wrong! These
little cards the camera uses to store your photos come with a number of
different transfer speeds which you should carefully consider before

Primer on how/where to sell photos?17 Jul 2006 08:01 GMT2
Supposing I am an amateur photographer and I take a few
photos that other people like a lot. Where can I sell them?
Do galleries normally accept let's say 10 photos in frames
to be sold? Is there a primer on how/where to sell photos?

more and more...
