In the manual of the Canon Rebel XT, there doesn't seem to be any mentioning of a fast memory card would help. That is, if the camera writes data at a certain standard speed, then using a Sandisk Ultra II or Extreme will not make the write speed any faster.

I have Canon G5. I also have a new baby who changes almost every day. Apparently G% doest not put date on photos. Canon suggests to put dates manually (and I am making a lot of pictures :) ). Could somebody suggest me some software which can stamp dates on the photos

Note: I downloaded Google Earth vers. 4 (beta). The resolution was supposed to be better???? I find that the resolution is the same as before, when one "focuses" in on a location, the picture becomes blurred when you get closer, what does "better resolution" mean? Sid
