Any point and shoot cameras out there yet that
do video with stereo sound?

I have been contemplating purchasing the Canon S3 IS for quite some
time now. I want something that a beginner as well as an intermediate
user coud appreciate within the $450 - $500 range. The reviews so far
tout it as a good choice. Are there any Canon S3 owners out there?

Anybody using the Braun Multimag Slidescan 4000 film scanner? I'd

Anyone use an UV filter to protect the lens? And does using such a
filter effect the F stop on a DSLR and fool the electronics? May sound

Anyone know the answer? I guess there is read speed - useful for review
and downloading - but write acceleration will speed up capture, I would
