I do a fail amount of digital photography with a quality camera, but my question has to do with getting the best image quality from a cell phone camera. I realize that cell phones are not the ultimate in image quality.

The pic is of somebody's head/face. The flare is the reflection of the flash off a wall. The size of the flare is about twice that of the person's head. I tried the clone stamp tool, but this seems like something that needs another approach.

My 720 zoom has a flake on the inside surface of the lens. Anyone have any tricks for dislodging it? I've thought of vacuum or compressed air as alternatives to trying to disassemble the thing. Any other ideas welcome.
