Kodak DX6340 problems... won't power up10 Apr 2006 19:52 GMT2
I have a Kodak DX6340 which has performed flawlessly for me until today.
When switching the camera ON, the LED next to the viewfinder window blinks
green 7 times, during which time I hear a brief "motor" sound from inside
the camera in four spurts.  Then the camera dies.

I know on my old nikon when I got done taking a few pix just for the

Frequency Shifting10 Apr 2006 17:38 GMT6
I have taken some pictures that are in the UV range (300-400nm).
However, near 300-350nm is not visible.  How can I, in Photoshop, shift
the frequency up towards the red so that I can see a representation of
these frequencies?

for using a filter with a non-threaded camera..like a slip-on ring?
question about sd card max usable capacity  for a lumix FZ2010 Apr 2006 16:27 GMT2
I have a Panasonic Lumix DMCFZ20.   The manual lists 1gb as the largest
available SD card for the camera [thru Panasonic], but does not say anything
about the maximum size SD card possible for the camera.
I'd like to get a 2gb SD card -- does anyone have experience using this size
Kodak v570 firmware upgrade10 Apr 2006 16:21 GMT1
Can anyone tell me what is fixed or improved in the firmware upgrade
for the Kodak v570? The Kodak website doesn't say, nor does calling
them provide an answer. I'm not experiencing any issues, only curious.
The latest firmware is 1.02.  Thanks.

a bird in the branches. I can magnify the image to see, just the bird,

Image Sizing on a Canon G210 Apr 2006 14:01 GMT2
I am trying to use a Canon G2 to photograph 16mm movie film frames. The

is zoomed to the 21 mm setting. (all the way out) The image on the camera
CCD is too small by a factor of about 1.8. What can I do ...
