I would like to understand how much faster my shutter speed could be
letting in the same amount of light with a faster lens.
For example, for a particular shot I used an f 2.8 lens and a shutter
speed of 1/50.

I want to use an external flash with this camera in order to get better
results than are possible with the built-in unit. I know this is possible
but the manual has no information. Can I use a flash other than Sony's
model? Any information will be appreciated.

I have some 3MP images. I want to print them to 11x14 or 16x20. If I enlarge
these images in Qimage and specify 300DPI, then there is quite a bit of
enlarging going on. (i.e. the 3MP enlarged for 16x20, 300DPI is suddenly
