need to upgrade my mamiya RZ and am wondering whether to invest in a

I use the CP 5700, and previously, the 5000.  I have a "devil of a time"
getting macro shots of flowers.  There are times when the image pops right
in focus and other times when I can not get any focus up close.  Annoying!

My camera started to behave a strange problem. As soon as I insert the
battery and try to go into "take picture mode", the camera zoom open
and close continuously. Also, in "take picture or view mode" as soon as

I took some pics today, noticed that the images have ghost look. I
noticed that the image setting is SXGA. Is there a way I can convert
these images to RAW without the ghost images.

Is the Pentax  *ist DL digital body worth purchasing
or is the DS 2 the way to go. I know that the DL has
a mirror and not a pentaprism but don't know if this
is a big negative. This mirror design is new compared
