would
require a 16 megapixel camera."

Can anyone please point out the differences between the
Fujifilm Finepix S5100/5500 and the newer S5200/5600 ?
I've gone through the detailed review of the 5100 at
DPreview but they didn't do one on the 5200.

I want to read about TTL flash... where?22 Mar 2006 04:08 GMT9
I am an old TTL flash wedding photographer (Contax 35mm gear) and I
lived a wonderful life of no pre-flash. I am about to purchase some
canon gear, (30D or 5D) and I want to know what to expect. My old
contax had an "off the filmplane" sensor that read info while the
Dumping photos to a 4th Gen iPod?22 Mar 2006 01:14 GMT3
I just attempted to copy the SD card from my Lumix FZ30 to my 4th Gen
40GB iPod (v3.1.1) with a Belkin Media Reader. It was rejected as 'no
card installed'. (It's possible the BMR was faulty as the CF card from
an old Canon A40 froze the iPod.)

Canon Sensor Dust Control22 Mar 2006 00:14 GMT4
As the owner of a couple of Canon DSLR's I too like many others spend some
time (not a lot but certainly more than I would like) cleaning the sensor.
Noticed in one of the posts here (think it might have been Bill Hilton) that
a comment was made about leaving the 1.4 tele conv on ...

Canon PowerShot S400 doesn't turn on21 Mar 2006 23:15 GMT4
My Canon PowerShot S400 has been working for about 2 years with no
problems. I took some pictures a few days ago. But when I tried to turn
it on yesterday, it didn't turn on at all. I replaced a different
battery, a different memory card, still no luck. Any suggestions?

Tripod vs hand held for sharp photos21 Mar 2006 21:10 GMT39
There has been a fair bit of talk over the years about the requirements
for a tripod to get sharp photos.  Where as I am a fan of tripods and
use them often in many cases they are not needed to get very sharp
photos.   I thought I would do a test shoot hand held and see how sharp
