I remember many moons ago that someone was talking about a cartridge that would convert a 35mm camera to a digital - called Silicon Film or something. Was it ever produced (or did anyone else produce one)?

Well I have a Canon 10D with Photoshop 7.01 but something new started happening. I got a new laptop with window XP, put Photoshop on it and calibrated with Eye One. Now when I open files from the card reader it says profile doesn't match the camera profile.

I've been using XP's "scanner" option to simply input my images from the D200. I've read about Nikon Capture and others, but this method seems to work very well. Quick, clean and all my EXIF data is there. Is there anything wrong with this? I feel like I'm doing something

I'm getting a Digital Rebel 350XT and wondering if I should buy an extra battery pack. I notice that the Canon pack NB-2LH is 720 mAh goes for $50 at B&H. They have an Impact 900mAh for $32. Then I found a Dynamic Power 900mAh for $26. I ran across some other brand for $19.

Hello experts, hope someone can solve this: I can edit IPTC info of jpeg-files with IrfanView or XnView and these edited infos are also there when I open the image in Photoshop....
