carrying request for recomendations. Now, here's a much
tougher nut to crack.

This may sound like a silly question, but until I get some kind of

another one, especially seeing that Canon's 3volt adaptor for the cx7330 is
50-70 Australian dollars locally.  (Model 125 6379)
