My very first digital camera purchased in early 2000 was a Canon S20. Its sensor size was 1/1.8" and it had 3.3 MP Its sensor Area/MP was 11.6 sq. microns In late 2005, Canon released the S80.

If I wanted to take some pictures of landmarks in England, for example Windsor Castle etc. and then ether sell them or use them on advertising a product are landmarks copyrighted ??? Does this also apply for film taken of the landmarks.

After photographing a relative's wedding, I want to give the couple a CD with their photographs so they can make any prints that they want. Does anyone have a form, or the text of a form, that I can give them, stating that they have permission to make prints of the photos?
