My very first digital camera purchased in early 2000 was a Canon S20.
Its sensor size was 1/1.8" and it had 3.3 MP
Its sensor Area/MP was 11.6 sq. microns
In late 2005, Canon released the S80.

Certainly, not so cheering news. I hope Sony creates a strong dSLR line
to compete with Canon and Nikon.

there any choices which can be made when decoding a JPEG image, ...

Single lens solution for my needs possible?26 Jan 2006 13:35 GMT9
I'm considering the purchase of a 350D, and I was hoping there would be
a single-lens solution for what I would be using it for i.e. I like the
convenience of not having to switch lenses.
I would like a decent walk-around lens -something like the 17-85mm EF-S
