I
want to upgrade to a more "professional" camera. It is so hard to
decide! I
Canon Cashback in the UK05 Jan 2006 21:27 GMT2
Has anyone claimed for this with more than one cashback?
I bought the 70 - 200 F4 L lens and a 430ex Speedlite mostly on the strength
of receiving £70 back for the lens and £35 for the speedlite.
However I went to fill in the claim form and it states on the FAQ:
Canon 20D and 580EX flash05 Jan 2006 21:16 GMT5
I have a Canon 20D/580EX flash and think it is the best set-up I have ever
owned (Miranda, Nikon F3, Nikon 8080, Olympus 2020, and Olympus E10).
With the flash, the shutter speed is 1/60th of a second and the aperture
2.8.  With such a limited depth of field, group shots become ...

These have to be photographic quality prints.

I would like to take a Photo Workshop in the Southern part of the US.
I would like one that spends most of it's time out shooting, not sitting in a

Since I have never taken a Photo workshop I am looking for suggestions and
Q about Sony BC-CS2 battery charger.05 Jan 2006 15:18 GMT1
I intend to buy a Sony camera in the near future. It comes bundled with
the seemingly ubiquitous BC-CS2 battery charger, but finding more
information about the charger has proved to be more difficult than I
thought. Can anyone please answer one or more of the following
Concert shots05 Jan 2006 15:11 GMT10
As a kid I loved shooting photos at concerts. I used a Kodak Retina 2A.
And later graduated to a Canon AE-1P. When my Wife, who also likes
photography, wanted a digital camera we looked at several models. We
ultimately ended up with a Sony F828. Its a very nice camera. The shots

Color Management Process05 Jan 2006 12:34 GMT25
There have been many discussions on color management in this newsgroup. And,
there are references to books and manuals on this subject. However, I have
looked and looked for a good, preferably one-page flow chart that explains
the process of color management. One that would show ...
PSU & number of USB devices05 Jan 2006 10:51 GMT3
If there is not enough power rating (the power supply unit) to support the
