I've just bought a sony dsc-t5 and I was wondering if there was a fault with it. Basically, 1 in 10 pictures contains white orbs in it. It only does it in low light pictures with the flash on. It isnt lens flare because it does it occasionally when there is zero light (just the ...

I've been looking at web sites, specifically looking for pocketable digicams that do RAW format. It would be great of there was a web site somewhere that actually listed them, or gave some short cut of this sort. Any ideas- any web sites that make the search easier?

| Fewer newbie postings? | 17 Jan 2006 20:23 GMT | 21 |
Perhaps it is my imagination, but there does seem to be many fewer postings on this NG than at this time in recent years, from people who got digicams as gifts and who ask rather basic questions. If I'm right, it is a sign that the use of digicams has become as routine for the ...

| 20D ERR 05 | 17 Jan 2006 03:15 GMT | 3 |
I went to use flash on my 20D last week. There were 3 loud clicks and then a blinking ERR 05 on the display. Turning the camera off then on cleared the display. I tried putting my fingernail under the edge of the flash while pressing the flash button. Then the flash popped up. ...
