Nikon AF-S 24-120 VR stiff zoom ring05 Dec 2005 06:27 GMT1
My newly acquired AF-S 24-120 VR is slightly disappointing in that the
zoom ring is rather stiff and jerky. It's not terrible but it does
mean that I find I'm holding the camera differently to compensate. The
manual focus is slightly stiff too.

Canon's RS-80n3 Remote Switch05 Dec 2005 02:48 GMT4
I have the Canon RS-80n3 which I am using for remote control on my 20D.
However the cable is only 2 !/2 feet long. This is much to short for what I
want to do. There is a cable extension cord available (Canon ET-1000N3) but
the price is about $75.00. A lot more than I want to spend. ...

I'm trying to take a picture of an indoor cat using a Minolta DiMage
S404 and am having some problems.  Namely, the pictures are really
dark.  To remedy this, I've tried using the flash, but this makes the
cat blink.  This doesn't always seem to be the case for reasons I have
Graphics tablet question.05 Dec 2005 00:00 GMT14
A book I have bought about Photoshop suggests that a graphics tablet is very
useful.
Is this the case? If so which do you suggest I look at - I'd rather keep the
price below £100 if possible but would pay more if necessary.

Canon SD450 vs. SD55004 Dec 2005 21:24 GMT1
Besides the most obvious of differences (megapixels & price would be at
the top of the list) has anybody figured out what the other
considerations are for choosing between these 2 cameras?
For example, SD450 may process faster given smaller image size (or
