Is there a cheap shoulder stabilizer you can mount your camera
on, small enough to carry with you, to reduce wiggles in the field?
I used to have one years ago, for long exposures, but it's lost or gone,
and I'm not sure what term to google on to find another.

I asked for some advice here about a month ago re: DSLR kit finally after
helpful comments (esp Bill) plumped for a D50+18-70mm +Sb 600 speedlight.

Is there any basic difference in the autofocussing technology in
digital cameras vs film cameras?  I have an Olympus 750 and it seems
like it takes longer to achieve autofocus than its cheaper brother a

   I've just invested in the 'Spyder 2' monitor profiling kit from
ColorVision. The procedure seems fairly straightforward, however, I have a
question to ask if I may.
* What luminance value should I be aiming for?
