I have a FujiFinepix a330, 3 mp. Using the stock software that came with it, the best quality I can get is a 2016x1512 at 96dpi x 96dpi. Is this the best I can expect or will better software improve my dpi?

| Getting the camera wet | 29 Nov 2005 14:23 GMT | 19 |
There was a fire on the street last night. And it was pouring rain. I took my D70 out to get some shots and got it wet. Here's my question: how bad is that? I didn't submerge it, I just took some pix in the rain. When I got inside, I dried off the camera with towels and

| Fuji and the horror of complex lens variation | 29 Nov 2005 05:41 GMT | 18 |
This thread was (or should be) terrifying for anyone buying a camera/lens where the price is "artificially low." The 10x+ zooms on these cameras have great complexity. They are asked to zoom to 10x their lowest focal length, act as macro lenses, etc. All in a camera

Anyone else encounter this, or is it my operator erro. I'm taking 3 different shots of an identical subject with camera on a tripod. Each shot I'm focusing on a different part of the frame ( so I can work on increasing DOF in Photoshop)
