| What's Sigma's DG coating | 23 Nov 2005 02:54 GMT | 5 |
I just Sigma's release of a *new* 135-400mm f/4.5-5.6 lens. All seems same as the older 135-400mm except for the *DG* coating that supposedly optimises the lens for digital SLRs. So, what's this DG coating? Does it make a real difference to the lens' performance or is it just some

| camera recommendation? | 23 Nov 2005 01:56 GMT | 2 |
I'm in the market for a new digital camera. Nothing fancy. I'm a casual user, and I don't print my pictures generally. I want a good quality, however. Something in the 3.x-4.x megapixel range would likely meet my needs, from what I have read.
