Good AA-powered point-and-shoots?24 Nov 2005 02:14 GMT21
What are the best AA-powered compact digicams available these days?

I printed about 15 stills of indoor flash shots for the first time and
it took me hours. So I would like to ask a few things from any of you. I

Most new cameras use USB2 for higher speed.
If speed isn't an issue, would a USB2 camera be backward compatible
with a USB 1 port?

SLR choices23 Nov 2005 14:35 GMT14

going to
invest $800-$1200 into a camera that I hopefully will use for 5 years.
I was hoping
Viewing photos on TV23 Nov 2005 12:15 GMT15
With my old Sony Mavica, I could link up the camera to the TV to view
pictures. I have tried this using the FireWire on my Canon S400, with
no luck.
Anyone know if this can be done -- view pictures on the TV directly
