More Brooklyn Camera Dealer Pictures30 Oct 2005 02:48 GMT11
These were taken over the past few weeks. Unfortunately I was only able to
get out on Sundays, and on days of the week that were Jewish holidays. So
some have their shutters pulled down. I will try to retake them when I get
a chance. (I was out taking pictures today, but again it ...
Attention Mike Warren30 Oct 2005 01:43 GMT22
I took your advice and bought a D50.  I'm getting to know it slowly.
I hadn't looked at your personal web site until a couple of days ago and
hadn't realised you're an Aussie.  I like your shots at Hartley's.  I was
there in August this year.
Camera not recognised as "removeable disk"30 Oct 2005 00:45 GMT10
I have acquired a Vivitar 3935 digital camera that comes with an USB lead
and driver software on CD - for Win98(SE).
I installed the driver OK, but when I plug the camera in it's not recognises
as a "removable disk" by the operating system. When turning the camera on it
Kodak digital30 Oct 2005 00:15 GMT2
My daughter is heading off to Germany on an exchange and is thinking of
moving up from a low end 3.2megapixal automatic Olympus. She has been
looking/liking the Kodak Z700, probably 'cause of the price. Can anyone
point me to good review of this camera? Preferably with some ...
Transferring Images from Nikon29 Oct 2005 23:57 GMT3
I have a Nikon Coolpix 5700 and have been using the Nikon Transfer software
which came with it.  However, it is not transferring the images in sequence.
Can anyone recommend a transfer software that works with Nikon cameras?
Thanks,  PJ

Question about photo album software29 Oct 2005 21:51 GMT1
This may seem trivial but it is driving me nuts. I'm a Windows PC
user. I like to make photo albums and upload them for printing into
books. I really like the templates in IPhoto that lets you put
pictures onto a page at various angles. I think that all the pictures

Basic digi camera advice29 Oct 2005 15:25 GMT7
I am after a beginners digital camer for a member of my family who struggles
with any kind of technology, so it has to be something which is very easy to
use - basically a point and shoot with little else in terms of enhancements.
She bought a Fuji A330 last year and has really ...

Skotographs29 Oct 2005 13:55 GMT20
Was watching my season 4 DVD set yesterday and ran into something I did
not know (this happens frequently on the X-files).  One is called the
art of Skotographology.
Do we have any photographer experts in here who practice this type of
Sony W7 underwater29 Oct 2005 13:31 GMT3
I bought the Sony MPK-WA underwater housing for my Sony W7 since I am
expecting to head for some snorkelling and diving. Soon, I came across
the Sony filter kit (VF-MPK5) for the underwater housing thats priced
at $80!! The effect of the filter seems to be pretty good on the
CNN - Bad image sensors by Sony to be replaced ??29 Oct 2005 13:03 GMT2
Just saw on CNN that Sony admitted that many of it's image sensors used
by them, Nikon, Canon, etc go bad in high humidity and go black.  The
show said they won't do a massive recall but will fix those at no charge
that show the symptoms.  Does anyone here know what cameras are ...
Possible to combine the "I like B&H, but" and the "B&H Closed" threads together29 Oct 2005 09:11 GMT4
I can't believe that these two threads are not only still going strongly but
basically
repeat what the other says.
Is it possible to combine the two so that those of us who are only
