Thumbnail Contact Sheet Software??12 Oct 2005 15:25 GMT2
I want to make thumbnail contact sheets from a couple of hundred photos
on my hard drive. Can anyone recommend freeware, or tell me if this is
possible to do with PS Elements? Ideally, I could title each thumbnail.
Thanks.

texture on my inkjet photo prints12 Oct 2005 09:43 GMT5

green with a interesting texture (actually not so interesting, because
I want to get rid of it). Instead of printing silky smooth green, I get
a texture shown in the attached pictures. It almost looks like ink clot

Canon S500 Prints Need Computer Sharpening.11 Oct 2005 21:53 GMT5
My H-P 7960 Photosmart printer's booklet mantions that the highest dpi
printing can be done only via a computer. I read this, and paid no
attention to it.
Now, I find  that prints made by this printer via the CF card of my
File name on back of prints11 Oct 2005 19:50 GMT6
I noticed a friend's prints from shutterfly.com had the file name printed on
back (4x6 size).
Nobody I have used (Walmart, ClubPhoto and YorkPhoto) do this.
I would be interested to know who else prints file name. Right now I am
Question on RSE11 Oct 2005 19:25 GMT8
When using RSE, I saved the corrected RAW in TIFF or JPEG format.  Then I
opened in PSP9 or Irfanview.  The colors in PSP9 and Irfanview looked the
same, but were much, much darker than as viewed in RSE.  Why could that be?
Conversion lens for Oly 506011 Oct 2005 16:40 GMT2

heavier set of telephotos, etc.
The 5060, for my purposes on these trips, gives fine results and I like

question about damaged/recovered .jpg files11 Oct 2005 12:49 GMT3
I accidentally deleted 15 or so .jpg file off of a 256MB xD card.  The
photos were taken with a Fuji A340 camera.  I used a recovery program
that I got off download.com to undelete the pictures.  14 of the 15
were recovered fine, but the last one seems to be damaged.  The
