I put 22 more pictures up today. These were taken over several trips over
the past couple weeks. I also upgraded some older ones. Pictures 164-185

I also added a new feature so one can easily find the new ones. If ...
Time Lapse Recording25 Sep 2005 02:35 GMT7
I have an opportunity to pick up a used G2, but unlike the G3 and G5,
it doesn't have an "orientation sensor" or "Time lapse recording".
I don't know the importance of an orientation sensor, but if a camera
doesn't have time lapse recording as a feature, does that mean that

I am looking for a slave flash unit for use with my point and shoot

I have a Sony camea that is a good cosmetic match for the above Sony

My 1270 quit so I replaced it with a 1280.
I had to see what the print head looks like so I removed it and
photographed it.
My hands may look normal in a week or so.

how to trigger other SB-800 using the SB-800 mounted on top of my D1H and S2
Pro.

any way to transform a b/w photo into a color photo?24 Sep 2005 21:45 GMT16
I'm using Photoshop Elements 3 but don't see any obvious way to do
it.  There's a colorize option but that only seems to do one particular
color.
adobe photoshop elements 3 for $19.95 from SOFTWARE DINER24 Sep 2005 20:38 GMT7
a company listed on NEXTAG is offering Adobe Photoshop Elements 3
software for only $19.95.  The company is named SOFTWARE DINER.   Has
anyone ordered this product from this company?  I get suspicious at
super low prices.
Ready to graduate to DSLR24 Sep 2005 20:17 GMT272
Have had a Finepix 1300 and a Canon A95 (both P&S cameras), I feel that
the time is right to graduate to a DSLR but there are so many choices
out there.
I have narrowed the field to Nikon D70,Canon Rebel XT, Pentax*ist, and
Fixed canvas for odd sized photos24 Sep 2005 20:01 GMT2
Anyone know an easy way to set a fixed 4x6 canvas that I can then overlay
with my odd sized photos (cropped to panoramic for example) - this way I can
upload to snapfish and get exactly what I want, rather than automatic or
'smart' cropping - i.e the full shot on the print.
Canon S2 conversion lenses test shots here24 Sep 2005 17:05 GMT8
Since i just bought two lenses (wide and tele) i thought i'd make some shots
and publish them. You can see some on my web page. It's uploading now, but
uplink speed is f***ing slow so it should be completely up  within some half
an hour from now.

Epson 1280 v.s. Walgreens24 Sep 2005 11:55 GMT5
A friend shot pictures on a medium resolution camera.  I printed 8x10
prints that looked very blurred.  My own pictures print OK.  When the
same files were sent to walgreens for 8x10 prints they looked really
good.  What's up?  Any suggestions?  Was the 1280 a waste of $?
