Hi, really hoping someone can help me with this. I have the icc profile

UK now, including Dixons, Currys and Jessops online.
Has anyone purchased the camera or perhaps seen any pictures taken with it ?

O--Internationalism and UK Lottery08 Sep 2005 12:41 GMT10
Having just received notice from the UK Lottery Office that I've won
something close to 'arf a blinkin' million Euro, I think I'll go ahead
and put in my order for an EOS I DS Mark II and a dozen lenses. Or so.
Where do these a.sholes come from? Out of the woodwork, or is there a
NiMH again08 Sep 2005 08:29 GMT37
I followed the recent thread on NiMH batteries and their charge/discharge
with interest, but am still unsure where the magic value of 0.9V comes
from. But I have a theory:
Consider the widely used series connected set of four cells. The total

somewhere (or somewhen soon!).
I want a compact USB 2.0/firewire optimized photo scanner with a
'feeder' for prints up to size 4x6". I want to put a stack of 60 into
Fujifilm S950008 Sep 2005 02:32 GMT1
People have bought this much trouted, among the best, S9500. So far, the
reactions from the limited samples are: it's disappointing, slow focus,
long lag time between shots. It's maybe an average camera, if it's good,
at all.

Hi group. I'm living in Toronto, Canada and am interested in buying the
Tokina 12-24 for my Nikon d70.  Does anybody know if I can get one in the
Toronto area??? If not, does anyone in Canada have experience ordering from
B&H etc. I've heard this is a decent lens & about half the ...
new cameras in stores08 Sep 2005 02:00 GMT6
Why does it seem to take the big retail stores (Best Buy, Circuit City, PC
Richard, etc.) the longest to get the newest items in their stores?

What's the downside of Canon S60?08 Sep 2005 01:43 GMT2
Thinking about a 5MP camera with more manual control than a Pentax
Optio, and a 28mm lens. Anyone have insights into the Canon Powershot
S60?

Use of fine art paper only for archival reasons??08 Sep 2005 00:51 GMT3
Would I be right in thinking that the use of fine art papers (eg.
Hahnemuhle, perma jet, etc.) would be justified only or mainly on "archival"
grounds, in particular when used with pigment inks, but **not** for reasons
of image quality (in other words, non-fine art papers would ...

Flatness and perpendicularity of CCD sensors07 Sep 2005 17:41 GMT15
Does anyone know how far off a CCD sensor would have to be from
vertical (perpendicular to the lens) to cause mild foreground corner
blurriness in a landscape photo? Is it likely that one corner of it
could spontaneously warp or lift up slightly?
