Red eye on Canon Powershot S2 IS?29 Aug 2005 11:10 GMT9
I've read a few reviews that tend to suggest the above camera is prone to
red eye with its built-in flash.  It's one of the camera's I'm very

software every single time I take a flash shot!  As I understand ...

Canon A95 Video lead etc.29 Aug 2005 07:39 GMT5
Does anyone have the wiring details for the above lead? Any info would be
much appreciated. I know that one end terminates in two RCA (Phono) plugs,
and I assume that the other end is a 3.5mm stereo jack plug, but it would
be good to know for sure, and also how the jack is wired ...

Newbie question - older lenses with digital SLR?29 Aug 2005 06:06 GMT10
I currently have a Nikon N55 (film), and I'm about to upgrade to a
Nikon D50 digital.  I already have several lenses for the N55 that I
know will work with the D50, so I'm planning on just buying the D50
body and re-using my current lenses.
opinion for my lens choices for Canon 20d29 Aug 2005 04:40 GMT9
I want to ask some opinions on these choices of lenses for my non-pro
needs.
My needs probably are family portraits (single, 3 or 4 people and
sometimes a large group perhaps 12 people wide at about 15 feet away

Printing in Canon Zoombrowser28 Aug 2005 22:29 GMT2
I have recently purchased a new Canon Digital Camera and while I am
reasonably happy with the Zoombrowser software that came with it I seem to
have a problem in printing. When I select Print on the tasks menu it tells
me that no tasks are available. Any ideas anyone
Printer Dots Diagram28 Aug 2005 21:46 GMT6
I am preparing a 12 hour course in photo editing for senior citizens. One of
the great mysteries in digital imaging is "resolution" and within that is
printer DPI. I would like to find a diagram showing how color printers lay
down one or a few picolitres to form what is called a ...
Digital Advanteges in Macro28 Aug 2005 21:01 GMT10
I was playing around today with the new cam and slapped on my 100mm
Macro for the first time. This is one of the area where I think smaller
sensor size has a distinct advantage over 35 mm film. I was able to
greatly increase my working distance and Depth of field just by
