I recently took a vacation to the S.F. Bay area. During the week I took over 700 shots with the 20d. I've posted a few of them and would like to hear comments/critiques on these so I can improve my technique. The gallery is at: http://www.pbase.com/craigbob/sf_vacation

I use Photosuite 7 platinum by Roxio to edit my digital images. It is easy to use and doe's everything I need and has pleasing results. My problem is that after editing a picture to my liking, I click on "save" and it will quite often freeze and I will have to shut the program down ...

| Please recommend a program to remove "gold eye" from cats | 08 Aug 2005 19:44 GMT | 24 |
Can anyone recommend a program to remove "gold eye" (for lack of a better term) from photos of my cats? It does not need to be free -- although that would be nice -- but it does need to be *easy* to use. Programs that remove red eye don't work -- this is not true red eye, and ...

| photos on CD | 08 Aug 2005 19:09 GMT | 5 |
Now it seems all labs give you photos on cd for 0.99c extra whether you want it or not. So you get prints, negatives, and a cd. However, the software that comes on the cd is so annoying

| Nikon D70 - RAW import to Photoshop Elements | 08 Aug 2005 14:25 GMT | 18 |
I've just bought a D70 and I'm puzzled about how to import RAW images into Photoshop Elements. Although the Nikon images are apparently RAW format, they download as NEF files and Elements doesn't know how to handle them. I tried the rather naive trick of renaming them from .NEF ...

| How to Setup a Camera 120 ft Away? | 08 Aug 2005 13:18 GMT | 2 |
