Aug. 17-20 I am going down to San Diego to shoot TALL SHIPS Challenge
Race 2005. There is a grand parade of sail on San Diego Bay on Aug.17.

It looks very good and is well presented there.

How do I get a .jpg to display at, say, double size?
In Irfanview I can set the pixels but sometimes I get a big picture
and sometimes I get a small one, mysteriously to me, for the
same .jpg size.

My friend wants a still cam that shows the picture preview on the PC monitor,
and then lets you take the picture when you see what you want...
Are there digital cameras that work like that?  He also wants x12 zoom!

I've posted here before and I'm still shopping for a P&S digital
camera. I've become aware that some manufacturers automatically
"enhance" the saturation of bright colors. I would prefer not to have
this, and it occured to me that this MIGHT be fairly consistent within

I am looking for a the cheapest camera which can do what I need:
I run a very small food shop and I need sometimes to take picture of
my products to use on web and sometimes get a print for hanging up the
wall. The print does not need to be very great. I have f.eks. printed

This is from somebody who knows nothing and will probably never, ever purchase a

I recently purchased a Kodak Z7590 and am reasonably pleased with th
performance except for the default flash exposure (Auto setting).  I
my judgement, it is always 1 to 2 stops under exposed.  
I remedy this by going to program setting and pushing the exposure u

I addes the new firmware onto my D70. Is it only the B upgrade that shows on
the camera itself? Is the A upgrade for the computer?

   Can anyone recommend a camera around £150 that you don't have to press
the shutter button down half way and wait for a light to tell you it's
focused. Just want a one click simple digital camera.
