Which 52mm for reversing20 Aug 2005 02:53 GMT2
I have an A95 and want to experiment with reversed lenses for macro. I
bought the adaptor to the 52mm thread and now I need a 52mm lens to start
shooting. Tried my canon ef 50/1.8 and it's fine but I want more
magnification. I understand I need to go wider.
Does heat affect digital cameras? 20 Aug 2005 01:13 GMT3
Where Im at the temperature stays in a narrow range around 85-95F most
of the time.  Its almost always sunny. The thing is when you walk
around the relentless sunshine , I notice makes me boiling hot and the
camera in my hand seems to get fairly warm too.

dropped it.  Now when I turn it on, I get a blue screen with a blinking
battery icon (low battery).  Then is shows what ever it sees thru the
lens for a second or two, then it goes to a black acreen with the

Disassembled Olympus C-760 Ultra Zoom - is there a Service Manual?19 Aug 2005 20:27 GMT2
I have recently found my Olympus C-760 Ultra Zoom's lens to be damaged;
I called Olympus' official representative here (I live in Portugal,
Europe) and was informed that the replacement lens was 203 euros. I can
get brand new C-760 in local shops for 199 euros, so I felt a little
Konica Minolta Maxxum 5D19 Aug 2005 20:17 GMT8
I am looking for a digital SLR for an upcoming vacation, and I am
leaning towards the Konica Minolta Maxxum 5D. I like the principle
behind KM's anti-shake technology; I like the USB 2.0 port; I like the
fact that it uses a CCD vs a CMOS sensor; I like the ISO 100 to ISO
Most needed tools for outdoor Portraiture.19 Aug 2005 19:32 GMT12
My wife and I have been dabbling in outdoor portraiture of late (not
charging yet, but our friends are happy, and people who see the results
and did pay "pro's" are unhappy... read: Olan Mills), and I was
wondering what your list of most needed items for outdoor portraiture
Nikon D70 questions19 Aug 2005 19:25 GMT19
I received my D70 yesterday.  Love it so far.  Big step over my Epson-3000
I bought in 2001.
I have a question (first of many I'm sure)
1. When I turn off the camera the remaining exposures stays on.  Is this
xD Card Formatting Needed?19 Aug 2005 19:17 GMT5
As mentioned in another post, I have a new Fuji E550 digital camera,
and I noticed on the 256 card I bought for it, that the instructions
say to format it to your particular camera. It happens to be a Fuji
card as well, and I went ahead and used it anyway, without formatting,
Selling Photos Online19 Aug 2005 17:56 GMT7
Hi, Can anybody out their recommend one(or some) online sites where I can
post and sell photos. I recently shot an event and would like to find a
simple to use and easy to understand site where people who attended the
event can either download jpg files directly from the site, or ...
Non-clogging printer recommendations?19 Aug 2005 17:19 GMT28
I've just given away my Epson 1270 because I could no longer put up
with the grief of a printer that constantly clogs up.  I don't want to
buy a printer that you have to fire up (and waste ink) every few days
just to keep it from drying out, so I've sworn of buying another Epson.
What the heck is RVB format?19 Aug 2005 12:49 GMT3
I have to send a picture RVB format, .gif extension.
I have Adobe Photoshop Elements. RVB is not in the glossary and there
isn't much on Google, in English anyway. So how do I do it?
