I have taken a couple hundred pictures in the last week and have noticed
that when I have zoomed a photo, the photo taken is 640x480. Full frame the
photo is the typical size ie 2000x1400 etc. Is this typical or have I
messed up a setting someplace?

I always keep wondering, why Mionox cameras will not be
listed or tested by Dpreview. Of course I asked them per
email, and in traditional Dpreview fashion, there was no

This pertains to a Canon A400, but I suspect other Canons do the same
thing.
The camera numbers/names images something like IMG_0000, IMG_0001, etc.  
I can adjust whether I want the counter set to 0000 every time the card

EX-750.  Also the Canon SD500 and the Sony P-200.
Does anyone have any experience with these?  Which would you recommend?
