Anyone use the Wolverine FlashPac storage device?22 Aug 2005 15:32 GMT3
Has anyone used this device?  It's a lightweight external hard drive in
various sizes from 40 - 100 GB that has a CF card slot, so you can
download cards directly or connect to your computer with USB 2.  No
monitor for image preview, but that's OK for me since I'll use it

I recently experienced something I've never seen before. My compact
flash memory card appeared to have layered itself... I had a bunch of
photos which mysteriously and suddenly appeared as though they deleted
themselves. Quite upset, but nonetheless, resiliant, I continued to use

dSLR alternative to FZ2022 Aug 2005 09:20 GMT20
Was considering the FZ20 for amateur nature/wildlife photography . . .
moreso for the 12X zoom and attractive price.  But given the pricing
of late,I am having second thoughts on a dSLR alternative.  Just
starting to investigate, but I'd like some opinions/recommendations on
camera doesn't focus22 Aug 2005 08:23 GMT4
I got a new Panasonic Lumix FZ5 camera on Friday. I've been trying it
