time date stamp25 Aug 2005 13:52 GMT7
Ok the pentax optio 750Z works great.
Had it 1 day
But it seems it does not stamp the date/time on the print
Am I missing it or is that one it does not do?
Canon 350d wide angle converter25 Aug 2005 12:49 GMT19
I have ordered a 350d/XT body with the Canon 28-105 lens as standard.  I
am now getting worried that this lens will be too narrow-angle for
landscape pics.
1. Should I be worried?

Hi Guys, I just put these up for family members who are dotted around
the globe. They're nothing fancy in that they are meant to keep friends
updated on what's happening in our neck of the woods.

Resolution & Print size25 Aug 2005 06:28 GMT6
I'm fairly new to using digicams and I've just one question I'm having
trouble resolving.
Does the amount of megapixels on your camera simply determine the size
of print you can get at the end of the process?

5D and EF-S Lenses25 Aug 2005 02:47 GMT1
Will the 5D take EF-S lenses?
The 5D makes sense for the resolution25 Aug 2005 02:18 GMT16
The problem with the APS sized SLR sensors is at 8mp, they are already
taking what the average lens can give in terms of resolution unless one
moves to quality prime glass. The 8mp 20D or Rebel XT has the same pixel
pitch as a 20mp full frame sensor. With the 13mp 5D, actually ...
Energizer Battery Charger CHVC25 Aug 2005 01:58 GMT7
This model charger says it requires 24 hours to charge batteries...
We've asked advice from many dealers that say one thing - like:
"The LONGER a rechargable battery charges, the LONGER the batteries last"..

5D Questions25 Aug 2005 00:56 GMT2
Looking at the photo's, it looks like the 5D has an IR focusing beam.  If
so, wouldn't your finger get in the way.
Also, no built in flash.  Does this mean that it is weather proof?
Minolta Dimage A200 viewfinder25 Aug 2005 00:53 GMT4
Is it my imagination or is the display in the electronic viewfinder,
both through the little peephole and on the lcd screen, washed out and
grainy?  I just got the camera and am having trouble focusing with
these displays (even with AF).  Thanks for your comments.
