is there any digital camera that can record video at 25 fps for us TV PAL viewers? I ask this because the transcoding from the video from the camera at 30 fps to svcd pal at 25 fps is not fluid.

My sons girlfriend bought herself a Fujifilm Finepix E510 a couple of weeks ago for those happysnaps. It worked well for about 5 pictures then whenever she depressed the shutter button the camera would shut down but not retract the lens.
