Which lens for portraits08 Jul 2005 17:13 GMT35
I'm a portrait painter considering buying a digital slr  for taking
reference photos. Most shots would be indoors and about 3/4 length

slide copying08 Jul 2005 16:44 GMT19

hard drive and then on to CDs.

Just noticed that a CMYK TIFF file has a size of four times the pixel

yellow and what else ?

Aerial photography tips after first flight [amateur advice]08 Jul 2005 02:21 GMT1
An old friend, an 86 year old former WWII B-24 bomber pilot took my
brother and I to the air yesterday.  With my camera and my 80-200 f/2.8
lens in hand, I was the passenger in the back seat of a Grumman Tiger
which was purchased in 1980.

The cicada08 Jul 2005 00:00 GMT22
So I walked into my kitchen last night and there's this inch-plus
cicada-looking thing on the floor. I ran to get my macro lens and ring
flash. When I got back in, it had made its way to the top of my
microwave and flipped on its back.
