Selecting the right image size for 5 by 7 prints on a 7MP camera14 Jul 2005 13:35 GMT8
I am new to digital cameras. I just bought Sony DCS-P200 that is a 7m
digital camera. I like 5 by 7 photo prints, and I am wondering what is
the recommended image size to produce the best 5 by 7 photo prints
without using unnecessarily large image size?
Repair Damaged JPEG/CRW Files14 Jul 2005 11:57 GMT4
I have a computer with a 160 gigabyte hard drive. Being tempermental as I
sometimes can be, yesterday when the computer ran extremely slow despite
numerous reconfigurations, I pretty much demolished it. Not totally, but
pretty much. Man, that temper of mine!

Maybe *I* need stabilization14 Jul 2005 01:03 GMT30
I took my new Panasonic FZ5 out to the park Sunday morning.  With a
couple of exceptions, every shot was a disaster.  Basically, I seem to
get nervous when taking photos, and can't hold the camera still.  I
don't have cerebral palsy or whatever, just a bit nervous.  I tried...

the features and stuff.  The camera is now telling me to change the
batteries after 1/2 hr of use, and then it shuts down ...

To Ron Baird /Kodak Product Suggestion13 Jul 2005 22:04 GMT3
What would really be nice is if Kodak could come out with an
imaging device that prints onto tradition RA photo papers like a
Chromira, only smaller something on par with the 16x20 size
papers.
Memory and Kodak Easyshare 55013 Jul 2005 22:04 GMT1
Does a faster memory card increase performance with this camera?  Also, do
Sandisc memories work or must they be Kodak?
Thanks in advance

Kodak Picture Disk...pics are upside down13 Jul 2005 21:44 GMT4
Before going to all-digital I'm burning off my last few dozen rolls of film
and getting Kodak Picture Disk CD-ROMs. I am very confused by Kodak's Easy
Share software and prefer NOT to use it, but if I just copy the pics from
the CD-ROM to my Hard Disk and view them with my current ...

Which Canon "compact photo printer"?13 Jul 2005 21:05 GMT2
Hi, I am looking for a small portable printer (that has a battery) but
am having trouble finding anything else other than Canon's "Compact
Photo Printers". The HP and Epson printers seemed to be a bit large.
I travel to fairly remote places where photos are rare and electricity
