Trying to use the 283 (about 20 years old) with a Canon A70. Using a slave unit. Getting yellow tint with this flash. Color balance on the A70 is set to auto, as with any other flash. Did the same with Canon 155A and light is "normal white".

I recently purchased a PNY 1 Gig SD card for my Coolpix E5100 and it worked fine. I took the card in to Walmart to get some of the pictures developed using one of their "picture maker" machines. The card was working perfectly before using the machine, but when inserted in to the ...

I made some little movies with my Coolpix 5200, and they play back fine from my computer (although the controls at the bottom don't appear until I click on "half size"; then I can click on "normal size" and play the movie. This took me some time to figure out). I copied one ...

| "Digital Camera" battery vs. two AA's? | 06 Jun 2005 20:08 GMT | 9 |
My camera came with a pair of "digital camera" batteries, but will also run on 4 AA's. In fact, it looks to me like each "digital camera" battery is just two AA's joined by a plastic frame. Is there any reason to prefer one over the other? Which option costs

My 256mb XD card (Olympus) cannot be read when I put it into a card reader to my PC. The only way I can view and download the images is directly from the camera to PC via a USB cable. Why is this? When I have my Fuji XD cards in the camera, the card reader recognises them
