I am new to digital photography. After much research, I determined that the
Canon a95 (5MP) was the best camera for me in my price range. The main

We have the aforementioned camera, and are looking for a rechargeable
battery system to use with it. It supports the CR-V3 lithium cells, but
Olympus tech support says that they've not tested it with the

I am trying to use Exifer to add data to JPEG files.  Specifically I'm trying to
add Author and Comments.  I don't understand enough about this to know the

My favorites:

I took a photo of some white geese being fed but as the background was
dark the features of the geese were not shown due to over exposure.
Most of the geese appeared pure white.
Is there any setting on a digital camera to help overcome this

Arrived two days ago, so this is preliminary:
1/ Very small and light but too big for most pockets.
2/ Easy to use but the menus are a bit tedious.
3/ IS works well, even at full zoom.

Would anyone know of availabe free software for viewing RAW files?
I DL the trial version of Capture One, but can't figure out how to get
it working.

I noticed in the function availability table for the Canon EOS 300D
that when the camera is in the P mode (Program AE) there is a Program
shift option (grouped under exposure heading).
I don't see any reference to "Program shift" in the camera manual.

I've seen some CF's advertised saying to make sure your camera can handle
FAT32.  Can't find anything in the SD-9's owner's manual about this.  Anyone
know?  I want to get the HITACHI Pexagon MD4GBBP 4GB MicroDrive 3K4.

I'm on the way to decide to buy a km z5 and I have read many reviews
(too much!) I would like to hear some advice from somebody who already
own it. Expecially about soft images at default settings, noise levels a
little above average expecially working at iso320, and poor low light ...

I have an elderly Kodak DX3700 that has developed a fault.
Kodak want oodles of money before they'll even look at it. As I only
use it for photographing ebay stuff I'll probably take it apart and
see if anything obvious is amiss.
