Energizer 15 minute NIMH Charger Report12 May 2005 03:15 GMT28
I bought the Energizer 15 minute NIMH charger for 27 USD at Wal-Mart with 4
each 2300mah batteries.
This is a very high-tech device with a 12 volt switching power supply and
zillions of smt devices inside. It will charge cells individually and its

I'm contemplating a eos 20d camera and wonder at different settings,
what I might expect a 1gig CF card to hold in # images?
Canon S40, S45, and S5012 May 2005 00:58 GMT3
My name is Dan, and I'm looking to get a new. The last camera I had
was a Canon S40 and I have to say I was more than satisfied- it was
compact and sleek, yet powerful and the same time. For my next camera
I'm looking to get the S40, S45, or S50 (anything newer than that is
20D or Rebel XT now?11 May 2005 23:47 GMT7
From all the advice and tips I have received lately it appears for me that
Canon is the way to go for sports, action,  general use and low light
wildlife (hunting).  I understand the Canon IS is better than the Nikon VR
(maybe not by much however)  Canon has a broader lens ...
Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life: no one can come to the Father(God)(in Heaven), but by me." (John 14:6) This means that if you die without trusting in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour you will die in your sins and be forever separated from the love of God in a place called Hell. The Holy Bible descibes Hell as a place of eternal torment, suffering, pain and agony for all those who have rejected Jesus Christ. The good news is that you can avoid Hell by allowing Jesus  Christ to save you today. Only then will you have true peace in your life knowing that no matter what happens you are on your way to Heaven. by BluWater0513@yahoo.com11 May 2005 23:29 GMT2

Cheap way of backing up camera card without a PC11 May 2005 22:16 GMT10
I know this topic has been covered a number of times, but I'm trying to
find the cheapest way of copying my RAW photos from my EOS 300D to a
mass storage device whilst on a 1 week holiday. I do not want to take
my laptop for fear of damaged/theft. Is it possible to connect my PDA
Kodak DX4900 and repair11 May 2005 22:09 GMT2
I have a Kodak DX4900.  The LCD shows the menu, but does not work to frame
a picture.  If I take a picture using the viewfinder, it comes out as a
black rectangle.  I have seen a number of posts in other forums that
reflect this problem, and even "broken" cameras on EBAY with this ...
Colorvision Spyder 211 May 2005 21:53 GMT15
Looks like I am in need of software / (possible) hardware to calibrate
my monitor profile. (My photos just aren't matching my display) Any
input / feedback on the Spyder 2. Is this the best solution for my
problem. Also, is it worth the investment? Thanks
Recommended DSLR camera?11 May 2005 21:53 GMT4
I am an amateur photographer and I used the analog Canon EOS 500 for a long
time until I got my first digital camera (a really bulky and slow Fujifilm
camera).
Now I want to get a digital camera that's just as good as my old EOS 500.

Non-Canon photo papers for PIXMA iP8500?11 May 2005 21:01 GMT138
I just purchased a Canon PIXMA iP8500.
Does anyone have any experience using inkjet photo papers other than
Canon brand in this or a similar printer?  For example, Kodak papers or
store brands like Office Max photo paper?
ViewOpen Monitor Calibrator11 May 2005 20:04 GMT2
Hi, does anyone know about a rather old monitor colour calibrator made
by Heidelberg of Germany. In particular can it be used to provide
monitor ICC profiles that are usable by Photoshop CS running under
Windows XP SP2?
Canon EF 70-300 "DO" Lens11 May 2005 17:33 GMT5
I was just wonderring what people think of the Canon EF 70-300mm  F/4.5-5.6
DO IS USM Lens.
This is the one with Diffractive Optics which allows it to be less than 10
cm with a zoom range of 70-300.
FE10 Lense on a Digital SLR???11 May 2005 16:12 GMT13
Today I found my dads Nikon FE-10 SLR camera. I was wondering whether
the Nikon D50 can use the lense? I live in India and was hopin to get
only the body of D50 from the US and save some serious cash on the
lense by using the FE10 lense, and maybe later buy a zoom lense, with
