I recently replaced the kit lens on my 300D with a Sigma 24-135mm
f/2.8-4.5. One thing I immiediately noticed is that the colours are now
more vivid and *colourful* :)
Anyone else here who moved to the Sigma 24-135mm from the Canon kit
Why I love digital27 Apr 2005 13:08 GMT574
My 7D was waiting for me when I got home from work Friday. I took it out of
the box and knew I was going to love this camera. But looking at all the
buttons dials, knobs and little hidden gizmos on it, I figured I'd be

If insurgents hold on until Summer 2006: THEY WIN27 Apr 2005 12:20 GMT50
The US military can't sustain current troop levels and keep 100,000+
troops in Iraq past mid 2006 according to defense analysts. Stop-loss
orders won't cut it and recruiting is way down especially for Guard
units. It's a safe bet that the Sunni and Al Qaeda rebels won't run
Olympus C2000 question27 Apr 2005 11:54 GMT1
I have no technical background in taking pictures.
But reading a professional magazine it gives the manual settings the
photographer has done to take a certain picture.
I was wondering what is possible with the Olympus C2000 .

I want to put together a montage of various photos and take it some where to
print it as A3. What would be a good app to use (psp?) and how big should I
expect the file to be?

Canon D20 vs Canon Digital Rebel XT27 Apr 2005 06:45 GMT21
Eventually I am going to purchase a DSLR.  I read some comparative
reviews of the D20 and the DRXT and found very little difference.
The D20 is a little larger having a somewhat larger grip.
The D20 is constructed better.
